ABSTRACT
The article describes an Internet advertising campaign created by Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) and Duffy Design & Interactive for the Super Bowl. EDS is shelling out for a 60-second spot on the Super Bowl with its new Herding cats theme. It is shot with all the gene-specific majesty of a Western. It is everything that the Internet is not as an advertising medium. It is a fun game for a company trying to reinvent itself as a fun little company. Integration should not only carry the theme through, but also play off the strengths of different media.
