The article presents information on design specialties of the Ithaa Undersea Restaurant at the Hilton Resort and Spa in the Maldives. The restaurant was designed and constructed by MJ Murphy Ltd. based in New Zealand in collaboration with Reynolds Polymer Technology Inc. The restaurant is known as the world's first 5-Star undersea restaurant, which is situated 16.4 feet below the waves of the Indian Ocean. It is surrounded by coral reefs.
