ABSTRACT
The article reports that Dennis Publishing Ltd. has joined Elliott Co., a leader in resort hospitality and real estate, to launch Maxim Bungalows in the Dominican Republic. The joint venture will begin in October 2007, in Cofresi Beach, and will feature 108 studio and bedroom accommodations. Another bungalow will open in Juan Dolio in 2008. The designs have 5-Star amenities such as iHome audio, plasma TVs and pools. The new partnership is the first step of Dennis Publishing to enter the hospitality industry.
