ThyssenKrupp Merges Sister Companies

The article focuses on the merger of ThyssenKrupp VDM USA Inc. with Precision Rolled Products Inc., its sister company, in Florham Park, New Jersey. The merged firm will combine the business support and sales teams of both companies and retain the name of ThyssenKrupp VDM USA. The president of ThyssenKrupp, Joe Fuhrman, believed that the moved will result in better customer service by optimizing its capabilities to suppy products created in the U.S. and production resources in Germany.
