Accordingly, Harris will contribute its facilities in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Boston, plus cash in return for 90% equity in the new venture. Moreover, Barker will contribute its facilities in Albany, New York; Canaan, New Hampshire; and South Windsor, Connecticut.
