ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of JMS Metals Services Inc. by Russel Metals Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. The acquisition of JMS will offer Russel Metals with a new geographic presence and management team that will grow the U.S. businesses. According, the total deal value of approximately $125 million will be funded from the $207 million cash balance of Russel Metals.
