Distributors Join Forces with Police to Sting Scam Artist

With the move, Hank Signo of Elizabeth is arrested on federal charges of theft stemming from his alleged involvement in the scam which aims at metals distributors. It cites that Signo has used Alcan Baltek Corp.'s letterhead and other information to show that his connection to Alcan is legitimate.
