ABSTRACT
This article presents the second installment on a series on the history of miniature golf. In the 1970s and 1980s, miniature golf courses and go-kart tracks and arcade games collected to become the "family entertainment center" industry (FEC). The FEC has become the fastest growing segment of the amusement industry and by having multiple attractions, the profit rises. The costs of starting FECs are presented along with the expected profit.
