Food Sight Inc. runs and manages 10 museums restaurants, all of which are focused on healthy cuisine. The Seattle Art Museum's Taste Cafe restaurant is run by Bon Appetit management which also attempts to use local produce to create healthy meals. Some museums make sure there are enough hamburgers and French fries to satisfy their youngest clients.
