ABSTRACT
The article reports on the staffing changes of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Joseph M. Torsella will replace Richard Stengel as the president and chief executive officer of the center. Monica Cawvey will be the Mellon Financial Vice President for Development. Stefan Frank, of the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania, has been hired as Programs Manager.
