ABSTRACT

Scotese, president of Spring Industries, published in the "Planning Review" journal, he describes his own multifaceted role in strategic planning. "Forbes" magazine published an article about the number of executives serving other firms as outside directors who are moving from the boardroom to the chief executive position.
