ABSTRACT
The article reports that brand and strategic marketing firm Hunter has developed a Web-based application called the Retailer Brand Support Center (RBSC). The purpose for this application is to assist manufacturers and retailers communicate. The RBSC program has three components, namely a Web site, an email broadcast, and an ongoing maintenance of the Web site.
