ABSTRACT
The article presents 17 ways to maximize the integration of fruits and vegetables in one's food intake. It pffers shopping and storage strategies, and recommends stocking up on fruits and vegetables that stay fresh for a week, such as apples, oranges and carrots. According to the author, when eating prepared foods such as frozen pizza it is wise to boost their nutritional content by adding chopped tomatoes, pineapple and mushrooms.
