The article reports on small businesses' online banking becoming a threat to big banks. Big banks no longer ignores online banking of their small rivals, especially $120 billion annual revenue is at hand. Chris Musto, general manager of customer experience of Keynote System's financial services division, states that businesses under $2.5 million annual revenue mostly comes from small business customers of banks.
