The article focuses on the decision of the Lapeer County Courts administration to install a video surveillance system that could track the activities at its courtrooms in Michigan. Chuck Madden, technology consultant for the Lapeer County Intermediate School District, led the efforts of providing an intercommunication system to the county courtrooms to ensure greater security in the building and ease of use among building residents.
