The article reports on the launch of the Jump-Start program by Swyx to help traditional IT resellers making the move into IP telephony. The program will offer pricing incentives, sales support, demonstration bundles and on-site installation for initial projects, among other things. The vendor has also introduced an online sales simulator that guides resellers through a virtual world with various sales scenarios.
