DustVen sets up Rs 6-crore fabrication facility

The article focuses on the plan of Bangalore, India-based DustVen to construct a facility for the fabrication of air pollution control (APC) equipment. According to managing director Bail Bharath, the demand for such equipment is expected to increase with core sectors like cement, steel and power required to conform to emission standards. The estimated market for pollution control equipment is at approximately Rs 900 crore. The company anticipates a 100 percent increase in turnover by 2008.
