ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of accounting firm Terry & Stephenson (T&S) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by Parente Randolph (PR) in Philadelphia. It is inferred that the combined firms headcount is 51. According to T&S Partner Sam Stephenson, who will join PR as a principal, even with the addition of the T&S staff from Pittsburgh, the firm still has room to grow in its space. It states that the Denver, Colorado operation of T&S is not included in the deal.
