ABSTRACT
The article highlights the 3-Man Bass Tournament, which is a tribute to American veterans during the 2007 July Fourth River Fest celebration in Hartford, Connecticut. Tiny LaFontaine, director of the event, said that planning the contest was extensive as well as time-consuming since the Homeland Security took priority in all the activities. It also cites that all participants received donated prizes, while the winning teams were honored with trophies.
