The article reports on the details provided by director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell regarding the suspected location of Al Qaida terrorist leaders who are continuing to plot attacks against the U.S. Increased dangers of an Al Qaida terrorist attack in July 2007 were based on electronic intercepts originating in the Federally Administered Tribal Area in northern Pakistan where Al Qaida has regrouped, McConnell told the Senate Judiciary Committee.
