ABSTRACT
The article announces the plan of Britannia Building Society to expand its coaching program to help drive performance. Twenty more staff have enrolled on the nine-month program which includes workshops, practical exercises and keeping a coaching diary. Adrian Powell, head of leadership development at Britannia says that their aim is to build an internal coaching capability that allows us to offer a high standard of development for employees.
