ABSTRACT
The article reports that employer networks feel the effect of the emergence of Facebook. According to Emmanuel Gobillot, director of leadership services at Hay Group, social networking web sites are now in direct competition with internal organizational networks. He argues that because of the need to find meaning, staff engagement could come only from the creation of communities of value in organizations.
