ABSTRACT
The article offers guidelines for finding the right recruitment company that will be in charge of searching the best executive for a position in banking, particularly in the field of wealth management. Banks must not rely on the databases of search firms but should look whether the searches for talents are research-driven. It is significant to find search firms that look beyond a persons's education degree. Different search approaches must be considered by banks.
