Covington works out financial restructuring package

The article reports that decorative fabrics converter Covington Holdings has agreed with its principal lender on a financial restructuring package. According to Roger Gilmartin, Covington's president and CEO, the company's agreement brings to an end to a very difficult period of uncertainty for all the constituents in its business. Furthermore, with the new financing, the company will have funds to airfreight already-produced goods from its suppliers to reduce its backlogs to traditional levels.
