The article provides information on the various events of the 2006 American Orthopedic Association (AOA), with the coordination of the Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA), traveling fellowship. The program is a reflection of the commitment of both the American and Japanese orthopedic communities to excellence and education through international exchange. The tour, which is from May 7-27, included visits to six different Japanese orthopedic teaching institutes and one international conference.
