ABSTRACT
The article discusses the impact of guest review travel web sites, travel blogs and travelers forums on the popularity of the hotels. Some of the customer review sites mentioned are Tripadvisor.com and Igougo.com facilitating the guests to post hotel reviews and allows the potential guests to compare these reviews. Good and bad repercussions of these sites on the popularity of the hotels are discussed elaborately. INSET: Review Responses.
