The article focuses on the emphasis of Raffles Education, which is owned by Chew Hua Seng, on the need for creative education. Hua Seng explains that not everyone is doing well with academics and that there is a need for creative education as an option aside from the mainstream education. Raffles Education offers all kinds of design, such as fashion and interiors to Web sites and merchandises, through its 28 schools in Mongolia, Vietnam and India.
