ABSTRACT
This article discusses the importance of communications when confronting problems in work or at home. The creators of Unified Communications (UC) have based their movement on this premise. UC has a broad scope, encompassing communication that is multimodal and multimedia. Experts have referred to the simple truth that business and organization can improve if the right people become involved at the right time; however, market competition is likely to be further complicated by UC implementations and deployments.
