ABSTRACT
The article discusses the results of the 2007 Heavy-Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction Study," a survey of truck customer satisfaction in the U.S. The survey measured customer satisfaction according to performance, quality, warranty and cost of ownership. Kenworth received the highest satisfaction in the heavy-duty truck and vocational truck segments, while Sterling Trucks was the highest in dealer service.
