ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of Cargill to form a joint venture with Robinson Steel. Under the joint venture, Cargill and Robinson will produce and distribute RPS Sheet and Plate. It will initially produce 200,000 tons of cold reduced hot-rolled steel annually. Cargill will provide hot rolled band and will be responsible for sales and marketing, while Robinson will manage and operate the facilities.
