ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the effort of the Light-duty Hybrid Work Truck Action Group to seek reviewers for a draft request for proposal (RFP) for light-duty hybrid work trucks. The group is a coalition of commercial, utility and government fleets that aims to develop light-duty hybrid trucks. The draft RFP calls for two years of research and input to promote the manufacture of hybrid vocational trucks for service and government applications.
