The article focuses on several electronic brands gaining popularity in Asia. It is reported that 52-inch flat-panel television from Sharp Electronics Corp. is gaining popularity throughout Asia, while standard digital video disc (DVD) player from LG Electronic Co. is gaining popularity in China. It is stated that Apple Inc.'s iPhones and high-definition DVD players from LG Electronics are all set to create boom in Asian markets.
