New administration in Nigeria means new lobbyists in D.C

The article discusses the impact of the signing of contract between Watts Consulting Group and the new Nigerian government to the lobbyists in Washington, D.C. The contract signed by both parties is dedicated at establishing a long-term deal between the two groups. According to lobbyists, the new administration established in Abuja, Nigeria means an additional work for them because even if it is based in other country, it still has to be represented in the U.S.
