ABSTRACT
The article reports on the lobbying efforts made by members of the National Popular Vote (NPV) regarding the way people choose its president in the U.S. The group is fed up because some presidential candidates neglect to give them some attention. According to NPV, the group wants the presidential winner be based according to the total number of national votes cast for each candidate not by the Electoral College.
