ABSTRACT
The article reports that Senate Rules Committee voted to bring the nomination for head of Government Printing Office (GPO) to the House Floor in the U.S. Robert Tapella is nominated by President George Bush and he has worked as GPO chief of staff since 2004. It notes that GPO has been without a head when public printer Bruce James retired in January 2007 and Tapella acted as public printer since then.
