ABSTRACT
The article reports that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is waiting for the right timing to bring the wartime supplemental spending bill to Congress in the U.S. It notes that Pelosi is looking for a way to move House Democrats becalmed Iraq strategy and plans to bring it up in 2008. Legislators agreed that two uncontroversial bills should be quickly brought to the floor including banning war profiteering and reining in Iraq contractors.
