The article reports on the loquaciousness of senator Joe Biden in the U.S. This specific trait of Biden got him into trouble when he asked a group of ambassadors in a meeting that includes a woman where he mentioned the word lady. The senator immediately clarifies that he meant to include women. In another case, he noted that the Iraqi Parliament might need some guidance.
