The article focuses on the online fashion strategy of Samir Arora, founder and chief executive of Glam Media. Glam Media is a collection of fashion Web sites that in two years has built the largest audience of any women's outpost online. Borrowing from the old network-TV model, Glam owns and operates a dozen women's fashion sites and provides a showcase and advertising platform for 380 small publishers.
