ABSTRACT
The article pays tributes to the 38-year-old Record Plant in Los Angeles, California, which was established by Chris Stone and Gary Kellgren. Rick Stevens, a co-owner since 1991, explained that the key philosophy was to make the place a creative workshop where artists can interact. The Record Plant's ambience is adjusted based on the preference of a particular artist.
