An interview with sculptor and architectural artist Maya Lin is presented. She explains how her own private relationship to creating artwork translated into more public work. She expresses her view on the fusion of art and architecture in monuments. She talks about her process of creating the "The Wave Field" monument for the University of Michigan in Anne Arbor.
