ABSTRACT
This article discusses application performance management with rows and columns. The author believes that it takes many resources to deliver a screen of information to the user. These resources are managed by element managers and enterprise management systems, with the enterprise investing in these tools. The tools match the system architecture and organization chart. Management systems exist for the network, servers, database, storage, etc. This system is referred to as silo management. Management issues, resource planning, and problem diagnostics require individual management to service their needs.
