ABSTRACT
This article reports that the communities section of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's (CIPD) website is being revamped with a new design and more interactive features. The overall goal of the communities area was to support members in the continuing development of their own best practice. The site will also be used as a platform for helping members to keep abreast of the wider work of the CIPD, and to feed in their insights and experiences.
