ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the new initiative of global business-process outsourcing company Teletech entitled Teletech@Home, to catch on in Great Britain following its success in the U.S. and Australia. According to managing director, Cormac Twomey, the British marketplace is very competitive and quality talent is harder to access every year. He adds that catchment areas and demographics are issues every employer faces. In addition, recruiting home-based staff means they can access new groups of people.
