ABSTRACT
The article highlights the announcement of Ed Sweeney, the newly appointed chairman of Acas, that his priorities will be to maintain and improve the fantastic reputation and integrity that Acas has in the world of work. Sweeney, who was also general secretary of finance union Unifi and the BIFI before its merger, cites that he expected no let-up in demands on the service.
