QUT goes from photocopies to e-copies: 'an absolutely fantastic service.'

The article looks at the expansion of the digitization and delivery of library resources made by Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Library. By enhancing its document delivery services, QUT staff and students can now have documents from other QUT campuses or other Australian university libraries delivered electronically. The digitization of library resources has greatly improved delivery time.
