Xccent vaults into rubber products market

The article reports that plastic products maker Xccent Inc. has moved into the rubber industry by launching a business unit that will serve the health care market. According to company's President and CEO John Mathiesen, unlike many other rubber product start-ups, the company has committed to manufacturing its rubber latex dipped ice bags and feminine care kits in the U.S. rather than in low-cost production countries.
