ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of two Geneva, Switzerland, hospitals owned by Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA. The hospitals, Clinique de Carouge and Hospital de la Tour, was acquired by newly formed affiliate of Colony Capital, a private equity firm specializing in real estate investments. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
