The article deals with the use of Web self-service strategy in helping companies to strengthen customer loyalty. While increasing number of consumers are migrating to the Internet because of convenience, companies offering online self-service should make such experience a pleasant one for these consumers. To accomplish this, companies must be clear about their goals in providing the service, as well as establish key performance indicators upon which success may be defined.
