The article discusses the use of customer relationship management solution in aiding small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) in the U.S. to achieve successful marketing and sales campaigns. According to Peter Callaghan, chief sales officer at Maximizer, companies should spend more on improving it marketing and sales functions. The Internet offers an effective channel by which SMB can reach out to potential customers. Maximizing the flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness inherent in SMB can also help them to succeed.
