ABSTRACT
The article offers advice to managers on nurturing the latent innovative abilities of their employees. These include creating an organizational culture that would promote the desired skills and talents of workers and nurture their innovative spirit; providing a structure for encouraging creative energy and identifying potential innovators and; setting up a system of participation to allow for the free expression of ideas.
